I love epimedium in my shade garden. It make a lovely ground cover, and it has the bonus of cute little flowers in the spring. This is epimedium 'rubrum' which is the first of my epimedium to bloom. The leaves on the epimedium turn reddish in the fall, which adds color when my hostas are washed out and starting to fade away.

Epimedium 'Rubrum'
